Job Description
Your Tasks:
* Warmly welcoming all hotel and café guests in the hotel lobby
* Preparing high-quality specialty coffees, cold beverages, and signature drinks
* Actively engaging with and assisting guests
* Responsibility for the daily operations of the outlet
* Providing personalized recommendations for coffee, tea, pastries, and signature offerings
* Ensuring that guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive
Your Profile:
* Proven experience as a barista, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting
* A passion for coffee and excellent knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
