What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic leader to take ownership of channel business development in Energy industry while leading and scaling our field force organization. This role combines partner growth, go-to-market execution, and operational excellence in the field, with a strong focus on revenue generation, market expansion, and partner enablement.
* Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and expand energy & PV market presence
* Build and manage strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment through joint business plans and performance tracking
* Lead and develop the field force team, setting clear KPIs and ensuring effective execution of go-to-market strategies
* Drive demand generation activities such as events, workshops, and partner enablement initiatives
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent market execution
