Ihre Aufgaben
Job Summary:
The role is operational and service-oriented, combining coordination, data accuracy, and communication. You will act as a key point of contact for internal labels, territories, and partners, supporting submission processes, compliance checks, and day-to-day workflow execution across UMG’s digital media assets.
Job Functions: n • Support internal labels, territories, and partners by providing clear guidance on content submission requirements and delivery specificatio ns • Research, locate, and validate media content across internal and external storage, archive, and vault syst ems • Upload, download, and manage approved media files across UMG business sys tems • Ensure assets and associated metadata are accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards prior to inge stion • Monitor workflows and task queues, identifying issues and coordinating resolutions through to final de livery • Add and maintain metadata in UMG content management and workflowsystems • Produce accurate reports and updates to support operational tracking, SLAs,and KPIs • Contribute to special projects, including workflow improvements, documentation, training materials, and evaluation of new tools or technologies
Als Client Services Representative unterstützt Du die globalen Medienprozesse der Universal Music Group durch die Koordination von Audio- und Video-Workflows entlang der digitalen Supply Chain. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Client Services Leads, Engineering-Teams und internen Partnern stellst Du sicher, dass Medieninhalte korrekt erfasst, verarbeitet, nachverfolgt und termingerecht ausgeliefert werden.
Die Rolle ist operativ und serviceorientiert und verbindet Koordination, Datenqualität und Kommunikation. Du fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Labels, Regionen und Partner und unterstützt Einreichungsprozesse, Compliance-Prüfungen sowie die tägliche Workflow-Abwicklung digitaler Medien-Assets bei UMG.
