C SEED is growing and is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & PR Manager to join our team at the headquarters in Wiener Neudorf, Austria. You will take ownership of C SEED’s digital marketing activities and help strengthen our global online presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimize digital marketing strategies across relevant channels
• Drive SEO initiatives including keyword research, technical SEO, on page optimization and link building
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads and other performance marketing campaigns
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance and user behavior using analytics and reporting tools
• Create and manage website content, case studies, newsletters and campaign materials
• Generate qualified leads and support business growth through digital channels
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports and derive actionable insights to continuously improve performance
• Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Coordinate external agencies and digital service providers
• Support PR activities and media relations
• Coordinate offline marketing activities including merchandise, packaging and distribution materials

Position Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, PR and media relations
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and various marketing analytics tools
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills with an eye for premium brand presentation
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
