The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our growing Communications Department at the Headoffice in Vienna. This role is suited to an organised and proactive professional who enjoys supporting digital communication activities, creating content, and working in a fast-paced, international environment.
The successful candidate will support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of digital marketing and communication activities across multiple platforms. You will help strengthen EAN’s digital presence, contribute to impactful campaigns, and support the creation of engaging and well-organised communications.
This is a hands-on support role requiring close collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution:
* Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across EAN’s online channels, including the main website, eanNews, email, and social media.
* Assist in the promotion of key EAN initiatives, including congresses, educational programmes, research projects, and advocacy activities.
