We are looking for a Division and Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d) for our Location in Vienna or Weiz.
YOUR TASKS
* Develop and implement with your business partners and your team members effective and efficient supply chain strategies for complex capital projects and divisional portfolios.
* Ensure material availability and on-time delivery across all project phases.
* Manage supplier relationships and risk throughout the supply chain.
* Collaborate closely and pro-active with project management, engineering, and global SCM structures.
* Drive strategic sourcing, bundling initiatives, and continuous improvement.
* Implement ESG requirements and ensure compliance within the supply chain.
* Oversee contract negotiations and claim management in coordination with Legal and project teams.
* Drive digitalization and automation across supply chain processes to improve transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
* Promote harmonization of supply chain processes across divisions and projects to ensure consistency and scalability.
* Implement international best practices in strategic sourcing, supplier risk management, and KPI-driven performance monitoring.
* Benchmark supply chain performance against global standards to identify improvement opportunities and ensure operational excellence.
* Support the development of resilient and agile supply networks capable of responding to global disruptions and market dynamics.
* Act as interface between the procurement department and the division.
YOUR PROFILE
* University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent
* Strong project experience in plant engineering (Anlagenbau) and complex capital projects
* Six Sigma Green-/Blackbelt beneficial
