At Zoku, we call our hospitality all-rounders “Sidekicks”. Think of it as a hands-on, guest-focused role that blendsbarista, service tasks, and check –ins into one dynamic position. You’re the go-to person for our guests and help make their stay smooth, fun, and memorable.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a F &B Sidekick… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Bartender = Master of the Bar:
Waiter = Bring People Together with Food: Become the ultimate food matchmaker by serving up mouth-watering meals and refreshing drinks in our Living Kitchen restaurant and rooftop terrace, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

WHEN YOU’LL BE ON**
You’ll start in one department and with time you will be working independently across different departments, with both morning and afternoon/evening or mid shifts. Your responsibilities and hours may/will vary , and your flexibility will shine!
Example of shift times for full-time:
Morning Shift (AM Shift):** 07:00 to 15:30
Afternoon/Evening Shift (PM Shift):** 15:00 to 23:30
Mid Shift:** 9:00 – 17:30
