With a clear ambition to expand across Europe and beyond, we are looking for a General Manager who will take ownership of WOOP! Graz and help build the next chapter of our international growth.
This is not a quiet office job. This is a living, moving, high-energy venue where every day brings guests, teams, events, decisions, commercial opportunities and operational challenges.
Your mission
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of WOOP! Graz — from daily operations and guest experience to team leadership, sales performance, cost control and operational excellence.
You will lead the core team, ensure WOOP! standards are delivered on the floor, improve processes and routines, and make sure that reception, attractions, bar, sales, suppliers and support functions work together as one strong team.

What you will be responsible for
