We are looking for a Group Senior Expert Supply Chain Excellence with a focus on Procurement to act as the global process and system owner across Octapharma. The role focuses on designing, standardizing, and continuously improving procurement processes and systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Business Network), ensuring efficient, scalable, and compliant operations across all sites.
As a key interface between Procurement, the Business, and IT (SC Applications), you will drive the digitalization roadmap for procurement, including initiatives such as Ariba implementation, process harmonization, optimization and automation, as well as webshop integration. You will be part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) Team.

Your main tasks and responsibilities
Process Ownership & Governance
* Own and continuously improve global end-to-end procurement processes (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay, sourcing support processes)
* Define and maintain global standards, templates, and governance frameworks across all sites
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GxP)
Systems & Digitalization
* Act as functional owner for procurement systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Business Network)
* Drive the procurement digitalization roadmap, including: SAP Ariba implementation and rollout, Business Network integration, process harmonization, optimization, and automation as well ...
