Your Impact:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Global Marketing Leadership Team as Global Head of Market Insight, Access & Therapy Evidence. This pivotal role will lead the organisation's market insight, market access, and therapy evidence capabilities, ensuring data-driven and evidence-based decision-making across the business.
You will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy, driving market access initiatives linked to adoption of pathways and solutions, generating meaningful clinical and health economic evidence, and providing the insights needed to support customer engagement, strengthen advocacy, and accelerate sustainable growth.
* Develop and lead the global strategy for market insight, market access, and therapy evidence, aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
* Translate market, customer, competitor, and environmental data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and portfolio priorities.
* Lead the development of global market access strategies and support compelling value propositions that drive adoption and growth.
* Oversee the generation and application of clinical, health economic, and outcomes evidence to demonstrate the value of products and solutions.
* Partner closely with marketing, commercial, clinical, finance, and regional teams to embed insight and evidence into business planning and execution.
* Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure robust data governance, quality, compliance, and ethical use of information across all activities.
