We’ll look for you to:
* Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guide people-related decisions.
* Drive talent and workforce planning, including recruitment, succession planning, and organizational development.
* Enhance employee performance and engagement while leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
All about you
* Experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or comparable HR role.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Good understanding of Austrian labor law and employee relations.
* German and English fluency.
