Shared growth & development: We invest in your professional and personal development — for example through trainings, internal learning formats and mentoring by experienced colleagues.
- Digital & innovative environment: You can look forward to digitalized and largely automated processes as well as modern tools; you will work in an environment where new ideas are welcome and the status quo is regularly challenged.
- Team culture & informal communication: We live an open first-name culture, short decision-making paths and trusting collaboration; mutual feedback, appreciation and a “Act we not me” mindset are part of who we are.
