We’ll look for you to:
* Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, advising managers and translating business needs into impactful HR actions.
* Lead workforce planning and recruitment, ensuring timely staffing and high-quality hiring decisions.
* Drive performance, talent development, and succession planning to build organizational capability.
All About You
* University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, or related field
* Proven experience across full-spectrum HR practices (recruitment, performance, employee relations, etc.)
* Experience working in a matrix and international environment
* Fluency in English; German is an advantage
