Your key responsibilities
* Translate customer needs into smart, functional application features
* Define technical specs and write high-quality, maintainable code
* Develop business-critical applications, custom extensions, and interface systems
* Build integrations with external systems, EDI, and contract manufacturer software
* Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications
* Get ready to integrate AI and machine learning models into applications as we expand our tech horizon
Your profile
* Completed education in IT, Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field (HTL or equivalent)
* First practical experience through internships, academic projects, or initial professional experience in business application development is an advantage
* Tech Stack: Python, Java, VB.NET, C++
* Experience with software systems, architecture, and implementation
* Familiarity with SQL and data processing
* First-hand experience or interest in AI/ML tools and frameworks is a big plus
* Fluent in German and English
* Strong analytical mindset, clean coding habits, and team spirit
