Join our Global On Premise Trade Marketing Team in Salzburg, Austria, and manage our global POS tools while driving innovation and efficiency across the entire value chain.

In a Nutshell
In this role, you'll own and optimize Red Bull's global POS portfolio, ensuring tools and assets remain relevant, effective, and aligned with business and market needs.
Together with stakeholders across Trade Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain, you'll drive efficient end-to-end POS lifecycle management on a global scale.
As part of the global End-to-End Project, you'll improve POS availability, transparency, and operational excellence by implementing new processes, tools, and governance frameworks.
Using data-driven insights, you'll enhance decision-making, enable best-in-class POS execution worldwide, and translate strategy into clear guidelines, communication, and scalable solutions for consistent market rollout and continuous improvement.
Project Management
You'll represent On Premise in the global End-to-End Project, ensuring business requirements are prioritized and translated into solutions that improve POS availability, value chain transparency, and operational efficiency.
Working across functions, you'll drive the design and implementation of effective end-to-end POS lifecycle management processes while managing project timelines, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
Through proactive performance monitoring, you'll identify risks and opportunities and translate project outcomes into clear processes, guidelines, and communication that support successful global adoption.
