Your tasks
The impact you’ll make
As a Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Lam Salzburg Operations. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure customer orders are produced on time and within budget.
What you’ll do
* Lead technical equipment projects from project initiation through final acceptance, ensuring delivery according to agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget targets.
* Drive successful execution of complex customer and internal projects by coordinating the efforts of multiple departments including engineering, procurement, logistics, production, and customer service.
* Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis
* Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders
* Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes by increasing efficiency, quality, and execution excellence.
