What you can expect
As Regional Head Travel, Health, IT & Cyber Assistance, you are responsible for the overall performance, governance, and continuous improvement of operations across the Northern Europe region.
You ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery aligned with strategic objectives, while balancing standardization and local flexibility.
You will be responsible for:
* Defining and implementing the operational strategy
* Monitoring and optimizing performance (KPIs, SLAs, quality, cost)
* Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer experience
* Leading and developing international operations teams
* Driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Establishing governance structures and managing key stakeholders
* Managing operational risks and ensuring business continuity
* Promoting innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making
* Developing talent and critical capabilities across the region
* Ensuring compliance with group guidelines and local regulations
What you will bring with you
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operations in an international environment
* 5+ years of experience in operations, including senior leadership roles, ideally within medical assistance, healthcare, or service environments
