Senior Business Analyst Controlling (m/f/d)
Role Overview:
We are on a transformation journey. Our ambition is to further develop our Controlling function by increasing automation, improving process efficiency, and leveraging modern reporting and analytics solutions.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional who combines strong controlling expertise with project management and systems know-how. In this role, you will initially focus on driving strategic optimization initiatives across our European Controlling organization. Over time, you will progressively take on additional operational and business partnering responsibilities.
Your main responsibilities:
* Drive the implementation of our controlling development roadmap and identify further improvement opportunities
* Analyze, redesign and optimize controlling processes with a clear focus on automation, standardization and leveraging efficiency
* Identify and implement digital solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data quality and transparency
