Wien We are Formunauts – a fast-growing Impact company with a clear mission: We support more than 100 charities in Europe and Latin America in achieving their goals. Our clients include Amnesty International, Doctors Without Borders, WWF and Greenpeace. In short: We build technology that enables real-world impact As a Formunaut you'll build and pilot core technologies of our Angular-based Donation SaaS platform , including mission-critical services our fundraisers rely on daily. You'll own the whole software development cycle and help shape how asmall, senior team ships software. Solve genuinely hard problems in the fundraising universe : from donation forms that hold up in the field, to dashboards surfacing vital information, and beyond
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship new features across our Angular-based SaaS Platform using modern approaches to PWA development
- Integrate APIs and collaborate on data flows with our data and backend teams
- Keep our platform stable and the quality high with automated testing
- Share your expertise in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback
What You Bring
- We're looking for a highly skilled frontend developer with proven, hands-on expertise in modern web frameworks (Angular/Vue/React).
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a strong curiosity about AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art frontend development practices (e.g. state management, testing, CI/CD, component-driven development, mono-repo tooling, AI-assisted workflows, etc.)
- Experience with PWA patterns
- Experience with state management patterns (NgRx, Redux, or similar)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with testing (unit tests, E2E tests with Cypress or similar)
- Experience with internationalization in multi-language applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tooling (GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and observability tools
- Bonus skill: a solid taste in bad music for the perfect sprint song
What we offer
- Working in a company with outstanding employee satisfaction in our brand new headquarters with flexible working hours and part-time home office
- Pushing what web applications are capable of, for a good cause with real impact: our services help to secure funding for the world's biggest charities such as Amnesty International, Greenpeace, Save the Children, Doctors without borders and many more.
- Join a focused team (4 frontend engineers working closely with 4 backend engineers, a PM, and a UX designer) applying an agile development process
- A lot of room for your ideas — this is a small, senior team, not a large org where good ideas get lost
- The salary range listed reflects Austria's legal minimum disclosure requirement. The actual compensation is based on your experience, and we are happy to discuss specifics early in the process
- We place great importance on a fair and inclusive work environment built on trust, mutual respect, and collaboration. Diversity is a key factor in our success. That's why we foster a team that brings together different backgrounds, perspectives, and talents
