Your profile
We are looking for an experienced senior full-stack developer to join our team as a full-time working employee. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in designing and building complex systems – from architecture to deployment - ideally in an enterprise environment for a minimum of 10 years. This position requires not only a strong understanding of best practices in software development and enterprise patterns, but also strong communication skills towards the customers and the ability to lead a team in complex projects:
Strong focus on system design and analysis
Responsible for technical decisions
Strong understanding of customer needs and presentations
Participation in all phases of the software development cycle
Initial creation of well-documented and testable code
Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to other developers
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends
Mentoring junior developers and contributing to the overall knowledge of the team
Your qualifications
Degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development
Proven experience with React, C# and Java
Proven track record with relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server)
Experience with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture
Experience in event driven integration (e.g. Kafka)
Experience in Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift
Experience with agile development methods (e.g. SAFe, Scrum)
Fluency in German and/or English is a prerequisite
Experience with integration of 3rd party systems and legacy systems
Bonus points
Experience with specific test frameworks (e.g. XUnit, Playwright)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI/CD)
Experience with PHP, Backbone, jQuery
Contributions to open-source projects
Own projects to showcase the experience
