Job Description
In this role, you take ownership of end-to-end recruiting for key positions across IMS, with a strong focus on attracting talent in highly competitive, technical environments. You act as a true partner to hiring managers, shaping hiring decisions and ensuring the right people join at the right time. At the same time, you help us continuously improve how we hire--making our processes more effective, scalable, and candidate-centric.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake to offer acceptance
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring clarity on role requirements and hiring decisions
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
* Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
* Drive structured and objective interview and assessment processes
* Collaborate closely with People Business Partners and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning
* Represent IMS at career fairs, university events, and industry conferences to build strong talent pipelines
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and standards
Qualifications
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a technical or high-demand talent environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
* Experience with structured interviewing and candidate assessment methods
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to work with recruiting KPIs and derive insights
