Ihre Aufgaben
* Ensure regulatory compliance of the global delfort product portfolio.
* Monitor and assess regulatory developments (e.g. PPWR, REACH, CLP, food contact materials, sustainability regulations) and translate them into business actions.
* Develop and maintain group-wide regulatory policies, processes, and standards.
* Lead and coordinate the international network of Regulatory Affairs experts across business units and locations.
* Act as contact for authorities, certification bodies, customers, and industry associations.
* Support product development, portfolio management, and market access from a regulatory perspective.
* Drive compliance initiatives across the supply chain.
* Advise management on regulatory risks, opportunities, and strategic implications.

Your skills
* University degree in a scientific, technical, or regulatory-related field.
* Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, or a related function.
* Strong knowledge of relevant EU and international regulations.
* Experience working in an international industrial environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
* Fluent in English and German
