Job Description
* Analyze, design, and continuously improve end-to-end processes within Procurement and Supply Chain
* Drive the harmonization and standardization of processes across international locations
* Identify and implement opportunities for optimization, digitalization, and automation
* Contribute to international transformation and change initiatives
* Collaborate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Business functions, and IT teams
* Gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements
* Develop and implement standards, methodologies, and best practices
* Support the introduction of new processes, systems, and digital solutions
* Participate in international rollouts, training activities, and user enablement initiatives
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Support the development of KPI frameworks and reporting structures to increase transparency and process efficiency
The Successful Applicant
* University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
* Several years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Process Excellence
* Operational Excellence
* Business Process Management
* Supply Chain Excellence
* Procurement Excellence
* Business Transformation
* Continuous Improvement
* Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and optimizing complex business processes
* Experience working on cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to independently drive topics and implement sustainable solutions
* Experience working in international organizations is an advantage
