In your role, you will support R&D projects by contributing to the development, testing, and optimization of new products and technologies. As an entry-level position, you will gain hands-on experience with advanced R&D processes, high‑tech equipment, and international project teams, actively supporting AT&S’s innovation and quality objectives.
Safely handle high‑tech equipment and electronic materials according to all safety requirements
Contribute to the execution of technical tasks and projects in line with standards, innovation processes, and best practices, supporting continuous improvement
Support the operation, evaluation, qualification, and safe handling of advanced R&D, process, and metrology equipment for IC substrate manufacturing
Perform calibration, analysis, cleaning, and maintenance activities to ensure equipment remains in proper working condition
Scout, evaluate, qualify, and handle equipment to ensure effective support and knowledge availability
Work in cross‑functional and international teams, providing technical input and support to colleagues
Support trials, DOEs, prototype manufacturing, and measurement activities to accelerate process and product development
Take responsibility for assigned tasks and equipment, ensuring careful handling and proper protection of intellectual property
