Collaborate with leaders to develop and shape the workforce aligned with our strategy
Provide HR advice and guidance to our managers along the whole employee lifecycle
Ensure the execution of central HR processes as well as develop tailored HR initiatives to support the Division’s needs and foster employee engagement
Participate in the implementation of transformation activities and collaborate with the Group People & Culture team to deliver innovative HR solutions fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for all employees
Use HR data and metrics to steer strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table
