As a Solution Architect , you will shape and continuously enhance our global supply chain planning solutions, bridging business needs and IT capabilities with Kinaxis at the core.
100% office based. The position will be filled in Lachen(Switzerland) or Vienna (Austria), relocation only to Vienna.

Your main tasks and responsibilities
* Owning end-to-end solution design for group-wide planning solutions at Octapharma, with a focus on Kinaxis
* Leading Kinaxis Maestro initiatives and project delivery
* Partnering with business process leads and super users to design, standardize, and optimize planning processes
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing change requests in daily operations
* Acting as the primary point of contact for super users and overseeing application support
* Managing and coordinating external consultants

Your expertise and ideal skill set
* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain planning consulting
* Strong knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro
* Experience managing IT support operations and implementation projects
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
* Self-driven, with a structured and highly organized working style
